Meet Our Team
Mark and Donna Minnoe, the dedicated owners of Southern Tier Stables and Makin’ Memories Therapeutic Riding Center, lead our team with passion and expertise. Committed to making a positive impact in the local community, Mark and Donna are actively involved in offering therapeutic riding to children with disabilities.
Donna Minnoe
With over 25 years of experience working with horses, Donna is a Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.) certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. Her extensive background includes working as a teacher's aide for Persons with Disabilities through BOCES for 7 years.
Mark Minnoe
With more than 25 years of experience working with horses, Mark is a Level 3 graduate of Richard Shrake's Resistance Free® Program. As a knowledgeable instructor, he provides students with instruction on communication, behavioral, and riding techniques.
Mark and Donna’s deep commitment extends beyond the stables. They are active members of the local community, offering therapeutic riding programs for children with disabilities. They have also partnered with the JM Murray and Hillside Family of Agencies to provide unique programs for adults and children with disabilities to develop their riding independence.
